Elizabeth is a weaver and fiber artist living in Montana. Her formal education in environmental and sustainability studies led her to the place she is now, looking at materials with curiosity of their entire life cycle, how colors and fibers are extracted, farmed and grown, and their impact on the ecosystems around us. She has taken courses in sheep shearing, natural dying and most recently a weaving concentration at Penland School of Craft. She enjoys creating functional pieces to be worn and used in the home.
